Hinoki hot spring in Yamabe

　　Hot springs in this area is called Tobira hot springs. The water is clear and the temperature is lower compare to other hot springs of Matumoto area. The amount of hot water from the spring is more than enough to supply for every day use. Entrance fee is 250 yen for an adult, 150 yen for a child.It may sound pretty cheep these days, but still the same hot spring well as the elegant expensive hotel in the area. The only two things I dislike to say are that there are many electricity lines in the sky of the out side bath and you have to carry the maintenance goods such as towel , soap, shampoo,etc.by yourself. The place of the bath for each sex are changed every day so that you can enjoy variety of the bath tub. I have visited there sometimes and I always satisfied with it. You can drink the hot spring water and they say it is good for the sick of your stomach and intransmission. There is no public transportation to reach there. You should drive your own car or take taxi to get there. Of course you can walk there on the way back from the Utsukusi High Land, but not many people do. It may be good hiking course including hot spring bath if you have one day free time. I would love to do some day.

Restaurant Kakesu next to the hot spring

　The restaurant Kakesu is next to the Hinoki hot spring. It is a kind of the place to water the dry body after the nice bath.




　　It is difficult to see but the menu of the restaurant.
